Address change
Items to be sent, such as dividends and convocation notices for general meetings of shareholders, will be sent to the registered address.
In order to ensure that your order is delivered without error, please complete the "Change of Address" procedure as soon as possible if your address has changed.
In addition, procedures are also required when the town name, lot number, etc. are changed due to the enforcement of the new municipal system, the merger of towns and villages, or the change of the address indication.

Regarding account transfer of dividends
If you submit a "Dividend Transfer Designation Form" in advance and specify the transfer to a bank account, etc., the dividend will be transferred directly to that account.

Registration of shareholders' addresses and names
If the address or name of a shareholder contains characters not specified by the Japan Securities Depository Center, all or part of it will be replaced with the characters specified by the Japan Securities Depository Center. will be registered in the shareholder registry. In this case, please note that the letters designated by the Japan Securities Depository Center will be used for the address, etc. of the notice sent to shareholders.
